What We Do
Compeer of Lebanon County focuses on friendship and support for our friends and neighbors living with mental illness within three programs.
The Compeer program exists for the purpose of matching caring adults in one-to-one supportive friendships with people of the same gender who are in mental health recovery.
CompeerCORPS is an extension of the traditional Compeer model that is designed to serve veterans in the Lebanon community who are in mental health recovery.
The Compeer youth mentoring program began in 2019 and offers mentoring services to children in schools across Lebanon County. This program partners high school students with elementary and middle school children in a one-to-one mentoring relationship.
Below is a list of articles from local newspapers that showcase our importance in the programs that we provide and how it continues to make a positive impact on those in the Lebanon County area who are recovering from a mental illness.
